Inspired by Leon Gast's "Our Latin Thing", this documusic video tours us through the culturally rich neighborhood of Washington Heights, NYC by way of a boy running through the barrio/hood. We get a peek at the diversity of daily and nightly life of this Dominican diaspora fused with an equally dynamic instrumental which mixes the old sounds of Nuyorican boogaloo and salsa with classic hip hop beats.
